Second Self does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for those matters.

External actions

Anything that sends, posts, schedules, books, transfers, or modifies external accounts requires your explicit review and approval.

Acceptable use

Do not use Second Self for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, or to violate others' rights.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and the data you choose to store.

Subscriptions, trials & billing

Paid plans (Personal, Creator, Pro Operator, LifeOS) start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before your trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the price and billing interval (monthly or yearly) you selected.

You can cancel, upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing intervals at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades are pro-rated automatically. There are no refunds for partial periods after a paid term has begun. Sales tax, VAT, and GST are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable based on your jurisdiction.

If a charge fails, your subscription will be retried during a short grace period. If retries fail, your subscription will pause until you update your payment method.
