Data Deletion

You can delete data at any time:

• Individual memories — Trust Center → Data & Memories
• Avatar-specific data — Trust Center → Avatar Permissions
• Connected account data — Trust Center → Connected Accounts
• Category data (finance, wellness, family, etc.) — Trust Center → Sensitive Data Controls
• Full account deletion — Trust Center → Export & Delete Data (typed confirmation required)
• Subscription & billing — cancel anytime from the Billing page; cancellation stops future charges. Historical invoices are retained as required for tax and legal compliance.

You may download a full export before deleting. Deletion is permanent.
